We are a Christian Organization that works with leadership training and development for various contexts. We believe that the Biblical Principles are fundamental and that relevant leaders are those who serve having Christ as their model. We want to walk along with people and have an authentic relationship, so that they would be able to seek to become excellent leaders who transform the world starting from where they are.

The programs for College Students are developed to reach 18 – 24-year-olds.
For Christian Professionals, we support both leaders who are starting in the labor market
and the ones who already have a good experience.
Pastors of any denomination are welcome to participate in our programs. We understand that what unites us is stronger than what separates us.
Lifeshape Brasil’s headquarters is set in Brasília. Our programs are held mainly in Distrito Federal, but we are starting to take our work to other states.
